Representative Matthea (Mattie) Daughtry speaks in favor of LD 1409 “An Act To Promote Tourism and Foster Economic Development.” Rep. Scott Hamann introduced the legislation during the first regular session of the 126th Maine Legislature. The bill would have provided financial incentives for the film industry to work in Maine.
